How we started
Born from personal experience
Her's & Her's was founded by two Baltimore women who have spent their careers walking alongside seniors and their families during one of life's most significant transitions. We've seen firsthand the confusion, the phone calls, the facility tours, and the weight of not knowing where to turn.
We have been working in healthcare for over 16 years and know what seniors look for — the environments that help them feel safe, respected, and at home. That knowledge is the foundation of everything we do.
